1) Firstly, there are 2 “Apps” you will need to install on your iPhone or iPad. On your iPad/iPhone go to the “App Store”.
2) Search for “OpenVPN Connect” and install the “App” (see below)
3) Search for “Microsoft Remote Desktop” and install the “App” (see below)
4) Now go to the internet and visit https://brscs01.brokerready.com.au
5) Enter your Sophos Username and Password
* If you receive a warning saying the site cannot be verified – select “continue”
6) Once logged on select “Remote Access” and click “Install”
7) Select the VPN profile you have just downloaded
8) Click the Green + icon as shown
9) Enter your Sophos User ID and Password. Select “Save” and “Connection”
10) Select “Yes” on the following message
11) When you return to the home screen you will see the small VPN icon on the top left corner of the screen
12) Setting up the Microsoft RDP. Start Microsoft RDP App and select “Add PC or Server”
13) Add the Server IP address as advised by BrokerReady and click “Done”
14) Select “Prompt for username and password”
15) Click on “Save”
16) Click on “Save” again
17) Add a “Friendly Name” and click Done
18) Select “Create Connection”
19) Select the “Don’t ask me for connection to this computer again” and click on “Accept”
20) Click on the connection that you have created and it should connect you to the server
